Our mom loved the flowers. They arrived as pictured. And I am happy with my purchase. I would like to say, the flowers were left sitting on the sidewalk at the front door. To my knowledge, my mom did not receive a call or even a knock on the door. Although, my parents are hard of hearing so a soft knock would have gone unnoticed. The flowers could have been easily knocked over, by my parents or their dog. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for letting us know and I'm glad your mom loved the arrangement. I'm sorry the delivery was left on the sidewalk and for any worry that caused - we'll review our delivery notes and remind our drivers to knock or call when possible. If you'd like, contact the shop and we'll discuss how to prevent this on future deliveries.
